Any person that applies to us for employment undergoes a stringent interview by three (3) separate members of our management team. Our Business Manager first ensures the person is suitable for our company. Our Client Services Manager second ensures that the person is suitable for the broad range of clients we have in our care and that the person will match the expectations of our clients. Thirdly, the Operations Manager will ensure that the person is capable of meeting the raw operational requirements of the role this person may fill. All are equally important and compliment each other.

Applicants undergo a repeated process by the relevant members of management which includes a negative vetting process, aptitude testing, reference checks, a two-tiered interview process, and a social appraisal. All personnel are thoroughly vetted by management and inquiries are made as to the references supplied to confirm the integrity of the applicants. Our officers receive training in not only the expected levels of security service delivery, but also in delivering a high level of customer service.

We vigorously ensure that all our security officers are in possession of a valid New South Wales Security Licence; compliant with all relevant and valid certification such as Senior First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol; and that they are personally and specifically able to meet the job-specific requirements in the workplace.
